Global Executive with a 30+ year record of driving eight-figure revenue gains for Start-ups, Fortune 500 & Middle Market leaders in SaaS, hospitality services, wealth management, and national accounting/consulting services organizations.
Known for her ability to deepen customer engagement and drive revenue growth. She has held marketing leadership positions in professional, financial, SaaS platform, and marketing services companies. These businesses have benefited from her innovation, management, leadership, and financial acumen, which has resulted in winning strategies for brand loyalty and recognition that have positively impacted revenue growth.
Most notably, Marla was the General Manager of American Express Concierge under Sodexo’s ownership. Her clients included healthcare and financial services institutions. She used Operational and Human Capital Management enhancements, cost containment and strategic partnerships to enhance the profitability of those contracts.
Prior to this position, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for a $1 billion wealth management company. There, she increased brand awareness by 50% and revenue by 25%.
